What’s Your Favorite Song To Work Out To?
As I’m sure you’ve noticed in the two “Fearlessly Fit” videos I’ve done so far, I’m not what you’d call a fitness buff. I get my yoga on (sometimes) and I’m definitely game to try new types of fitness activities — like hip-hop dance or anti-gravity yoga — but strenuous physical activity that involves, um, clothing has never really been my thing. However, when it does come to those activities that do get my heart racing, I need music to pump me up and push me to continue on past the point of wanting to throw in the towel and eat a cheeseburger. For example, when I decide I’m going for a run I need some seriously catchy pop music on my iPod to motivate me and help me keep my pace. The song that does it for me every time? Britney Spears’ “Gimme More.” What can I say? I don’t want to disappoint the woman who giggles and says, “It’s Britney, bitch.”
