One sure way to cool down in the heat? Well, sticking yourself in a sub-zero freezer would be one way. Since you can’t really do that most of the time, try lightening up your look with some pretty pastel colors. Nix the heavy dark eyeliner (it’s running down your cheeks as we speak, isn’t it?) and instead put an icier glow onto your face with some sea foam shadow or pale pink gloss.
