Last time I checked, having blue hair was a sure indication that you’ve passed the prime moments in your life and have officially hit old age. However, pop stars and designers are looking to change those preconceived notions, and now, with their approval, blue hair is all the rage. Marc Jacobs started it off a few years ago, as he dyed his dark hair a hue of electric blue; then Katy Perry took the stage to perform “California Gurls” at the MTV Movie Awards in a vivid blue wig. To round out the trend, Juliette Lewis appeared during a performance in London with a few blue highlights, perfectly matching her Ray-Bans.
