That means if you’re ready to welcome a new baby into the world, your ballet shoes, flip-flops, heels, and flat sandals need to go to the back of the closet in favor of supportive shoes that will cradle your foot. Despite warnings and repeated reminders, women are still slipping their expanding pregnant feet into high heels and risking their health and muscles for fashion.
