Lourdes Ciccone Lands First Magazine Cover, Sort Of

This is being touted as Lourdes Ciccone‘s first magazine cover, but it’s for, uh, Quality magazine. Doesn’t this mean they bought the photo and slapped it on the front? I can’t imagine she posed for the cover of a magazine called Quality. Clearly, though, the 13-year-old is destined to be a knockout.
