We have sort of an obsession with Madewell at The Frisky, but we’ve rarely talked about the retailer because there are only a few stores nationwide. We thought it’d be wrong to tease with the product and then not deliver on buying info. But now everyone can get a taste of what we think of J. Crew‘s cool downtown sister because Madewell has launched an e-commerce site. We’re big fans of the lightweight cardigans and the jeans, which come in a variety of washes and are free to ship and return. Even though the whole collection doesn’t seem to be online now, there are a ton of chic urban-preppy items available. But you have to wait a few more months (fall to be exact) before you can shop the really cute looks from Alexa Chung for Madewell. [Madewell]
