There are models we know simply for their bodies and faces and models we know for their personal style as much as their physical appearance. Irina Lazareanu falls into the second category. She’s definitely been successful as a model, but she’s been even more influential as a personality and trendsetter. She didn’t just walk in the Chanel cruise show last year; she sang in it. Perhaps that’s why we didn’t groan when we heard that she’ll be trying her hand as a designer. Rini by Irinia, which will launch in Japan in September, promises to channel vintage style in much the same way that Irina herself does.
