When we first saw this photo, we thought, “Does Karl have a seriously weird Chace Crawford and Barbie obsession?” But then we realized it was a picture of Chanel model/muse Baptiste Giabiconi and a bunch of Barbies, which was part of Karl’s “Barbie and Ken” exhibit at Colette last March.
