With the Kentucky Derby this Saturday, we have horses on the brain, and the cutest one we’ve ever seen came into the world just last week. Einstein the horse was born last Thursday, April 22, weighing just 6 pounds, which means he’s overthrown (underthrown?) the current Guinness record for a newborn horse, 9 pounds.
