Designer Jennifer Darmour has created Ping, an outfit/gadget hybrid that allows you to update your status through gestures — putting the hood up sends one message, tying the straps sends another. While this seems odd — yet tame — enough, things get really creepy when the fabric itself generates a “light tapping sensation through the shoulder piece” when one of your buds updates or sends you a message.
