Thandie Newton emulated silent film actress Theda Bara in 1917′s “Cleopatra” to commemorate the launch of 2010 Virgin Media Shorts, a competition for undiscovered film talent. The series of photographs was shot by celebrity portraitist Lorenzo Agius and styled by Suzie Harman who also worked with Thandie on “RocknRolla.” In this photo, Thandie is wearing a dress by Jenny Packman, a headdress by Cosprop, and jewelry by Solange Azagury Partridge.
