I love when so-called “it” girls actually have more than rock star genes and public intoxication going on. Up-and-coming NYC designer Katie Gallagher worked her arse off in design school at RISD and seems to have some pretty serious chops. (Lady Gaga is a fan of her meticulously crafted metal coil dress.) But apart from her design work, I’m really vibing on her sense of style, beauty-wise. Loving the playful eyeliner and adore the gray-blue-blond hair. Sadly, I don’t think there’s enough bleach and toner in the world to get my dark brown hair that shade. [Refinery 29]
