Did Jesse James Force An Employee To Have Sex With Him?

After Michelle McGee-gate, Jesse James certainly no longer seems like the sweet, reformed bad boy he appeared to be just two weeks ago. But he may be even worse than we think. A former employee says that Jesse James is “an evil, brutal, terrible person.” Deann McClung started her job at West Coast Choppers in 1999 and worked there for close to a year. In 2000, she sued Jesse James for sexual harassment, sexual assault, battery, and wrongful termination. The case was settled out of court, but in 2005—when Jesse and Sandra got married—she spoke out about her experience. “Jesse James forced me to have sex with him,” she said. “He forced me to have sex, kidnapped me, locked me up and threatened me. He ruined my life … I’m sure he has Sandra conned into thinking what a nice guy he is, but it’s all a big lie.” McClung says that, one day, James offered to give her a ride home—only he pulled over in a hotel parking lot and demand that she unzip him and perform oral sex on him. He then told her to have sex with him. “There was nothing I could do,” she said. “He told me, ‘You wanted this. You know you had it out for me for months.’” She claims James then locked her in West Coast Choppers overnight. When she refused him later, she says she was fired.

James says none of this ever happened, and that McClung embezzled money from West Coast Choppers. “[She] filed a retaliatory lawsuit which contained disturbing but completely false, accusations. The allegations in Ms. McClung’s 2000 lawsuit were utterly baseless then and are equally without merit now.” [RadarOnline.com]

Let’s just hope this one isn’t true.
