Remote Control: What You’ll Want To Watch The Week Of March 22nd 2010

Oh, television, you are a good companion. Thank you for always providing a good time and never talking back. After the jump, some shows to look forward to this week, particularly the season premieres of “Dancing with the Stars,” “United States of Tara,” “Fly Girls,” and “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.”

The Show: “Dancing with the Stars”
Set Your DVR For: Tonight, 8 p.m. (EST), ABC
We are kind of in love with this season’s cast. Kate Gosselin, Erin Andrews, Jake Pavelka, Buzz Aldrin, Evan Lysacek, Shannen Doherty—the list goes on. But Pam Anderson, we are rooting for you.

The Show: “United States of Tara”
Set Your DVR For: Tonight, 10:30 p.m. (EST), Showtime
Tara seemed to have her multiple personalities under control. But midway through the season premiere, Buck rears his ugly head and does something pretty shocking. Watch. It’s one of the best episodes ever.

The Show: “Millionaire Matchmaker”
Set Your DVR For: Tuesday, 10 p.m. (EST), Bravo
Will I ever get sick of this show? No. On this episode, Patti loses it on a client like never before.

The Show: “Fly Girls”
Set Your DVR For: Wednesday, 9 p.m. (EST), The CW
This reality show brings five Virgin Atlantic flight attendants to live in a house together and find out what happens when people stop being polite … or offering extra peanuts. Should be very interesting.

The Show: “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution”
Set Your DVR For: Friday, 8 p.m. (EST), ABC
We wish Jamie Oliver would live up to his name, “The Naked Chef,” and take it all off. Instead, he’s heading to the unhealthiest city in America and trying to inspire them to eat better. Fine, he’s cute and has an accent—we’ll watch.
