Despite sometimes questionable styling on its website, JCPenney has really stepped up its game. The very cute and fairly well-made I Heart Ronson line, designed by Charlotte Ronson, will continue this fall, and the retailer also will introduce a new collection of vintage-inspired bedding come August. Decree, as it’s called, features decorative pillows, sheet sets, and comforters in muted, feminine colors and quilt-like patterns.
