Cue the Earth Month product marketing. Each year around this time, we start receiving dozens upon dozens of press releases heralding April launches that are so loosely tied to anything remotely environmentally-friendly we have to laugh. Refreshingly, there’s no greenwashing here: Kiehl’s (who maintains a recycling program in their stores), teamed up with Julianne Moore, Pharrell Williams, artist Jeff Koons and surfer Malia Jones to create celeb-designed labels for their Açaí Damage-Protecting Toning Mist, a product which we are obsessed with. The spritz smells amazing, is Eco Cert certified organic, and is part of the first skincare range to ever receive gold standard Cradle to Cradle certification (minimal waste from production start to finish). The cherry on top? One hundred percent of net proceeds benefit the Rainforest Alliance. Now that’s pretty green. They’re available for $26 each right now at Kiehls.com and in stores April 1st.
