The L.A. Times is reporting that the neck tie industry is in serious decline, and they are blaming a slew of people we never thought would impact the fashion world. It turns out that President Obama has started a trend by wearing button-downs without ties, and Bill Gates is to blame too! The dot.com era turned casual Fridays into casual everydays, as boys began typing away in polos and dress pants.
