Last night, the celebs turned out in droves for the world premiere of the Tim/Burton/Johnny Depp movie “Alice in Wonderland” in London. Check out the always red-carpet-chic Anne Hathaway. Quick, what’s the first thing you notice? If you’re me, it’s her seriously strong brows (that’s a lot of brow pencil/shadow at work) and equally major eye makeup. Personally, I’m not a fan. While I love that almost all of the fall shows have featured a strong eyebrow look, the Fashion Week makeup artists also took care to only overdo the brow. They didn’t play up anything else on the face, and that’s the key. (The key Anne missed in her makeup.) What say you? It’s a powerful look, for sure, but a little too overpowering …
