You know what? I don’t have a valentine! Yes, sniff, it’s terribly sad and terribly true. Why, God, why me? Anyway! That doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy the holiday in my own twisted, weird way. Take, for example, this lovely noir homage to the power of love in which two strangers see each other across a city street, and what happens next — well, what does happen next? It’s sort of hard to say, except it happens in a fantastical sort of way. This short film was directed by Arev Manoukian, and you can check out the pretty amazing making of this surreal love story after the jump.
