Rihanna is releasing a cover of Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song” and is donating all the proceeds to the relief efforts for Haiti. Although she was pretty much messing with perfection, she’s managed to record a decent version that stays true to the original and is also modern. Now that I’ve heard Rihanna’s actual singing voice, I can’t understand why she’s so fond of Auto-Tuning her recordings. Rihanna’s “Redemption Song” can be downloaded for $1.29 on iTunes. [PopEater]
