Our favorite makeup tutorial vlogger, GlowPinkStah is back with a new look inspired by the hit movie “Avatar.” Naturally, the process starts with a blue base which, if you want it to be legit, “you’re going to have to bleach your skin and dye it blue.” Too extreme?
