Even Computerless Grandmothers Are Using Twitter!


Twitter really took off this year, with everyone from Britney Spears to Levi Johnston tweeting their every thought and action. And now, even senior citizens without computers can update their friends and family with Celery, a system that lets users send and receive tweets via fax. “I don’t usually write to my daughter that much because she talks too much and then it takes up too much of my time, but she can read my Twittering here and she can see what her mother’s doing and know that her mother is OK …,” the grandmother in the above video told a news reporter.
