DIY: 5-Minute Hooded Cotton Vest

We’ve been on a bit of a vest kick lately, so this week’s DIY is (literally) a five-minute hooded vest made from stretch cotton (T-shirt material). The whole thing is so easy that I’m freaking out (really, see above). Beyond that, it’s cheap as hell, requires no sewing and looks kind of grim-reaper cool when you move around and it swishes.
