Here’s a trend I’d like to see die — sending oh-so-drop-dead-gorgeous celebrities “undercover” as one of the commoners by giving them layers of chub and ugly makeup. Tyra did it first, getting made-under to look like a “fat” woman so she could see what it was like to be one (coincidentally, that episode re-aired today). Then Vanessa Minnillo essentially copycatted her for “Entertainment Tonight.” Now Kim Kardashian has undergone a three-hour makeover process so she could be on some ridiculous new show on E! called “Secret Celebrity.” Hey, here’s a newsflash: Making over a celeb to look like a “regular” person (i.e., a non-celeb) doesn’t mean you have to give them fugs hair and a weird chin.
