We mix and match patterns and brands when it comes to our clothing, but for our bedrooms, most of us buy sheets, bed skirts, and pillowcases in sets from one store. I came across this beautiful photo on deviantART the other day, and it made me realize we should all be a little more daring with our bedding: Everything doesn’t need to be all matchy. As with clothes, it’s easier to find patterns that mesh well by sticking to a few colors.
