Cult skin company La Mer has a new-ish concealer and you’d better believe we were down to take it for a spin. In fact, some of us around here are real concealer devotees because, well, if your skin doesn’t look good, that fire engine red lipstick isn’t necessarily going to distract anyone. Plus, it’s always fun to wear expertly applied concealer and deny you’re wearing any makeup at all, right? At $65, The Radiant Concealer SPF 25 is not for the faint of wallet. On the other hand, it’s much cheaper than a jar of Creme de la Mer and contains some pretty fancy ingredients like tourmaline and malachite to reflect light and an Asian mushroom called Viapure Poria that instantly calms your skin. The cream-to-powder texture is heavenly, of course, and we like that it contains a little brush to fill in even the tiniest of lines. If you’re a concealer junkie and spend all of your beauty savings on making your skin look dewier than a milkmaid’s then you may just wanna check it out.
