How To Get Elisabeth Moss’s Rosy Glow At The Emmys

Peggy Olson has really stepped up her look on the current season of “Mad Men,” but she still isn’t quite as lovely as Elisabeth Moss is when she’s out of character. The actress looked quite nice on the red carpet last night with her simple makeup that eschewed the Hollywood trend to heap on the bronzer. Find out how to get her look after the jump!Lauren Kaye Cohen did Elisabeth’s makeup for the big event. She started with Shu Uemura Face Architect Smoothing Fluid Foundation to make sure her skin looked flawless. Then, she dabbed YSL Teint Parfait Complexion Enhancer in Rose Pearl with her fingertips on the tops of Elisabeth’s cheekbones.

For Elisabeth’s eyes, Lauren layered pink and brown eye shadows, including YSL Fard Lumière Aquarésistant in Pink Sands and Copper Brown. The focus was on the lashes, which were covered in Lancôme Ôscillation Powerbooster and Mascara in Black.

Since lipstick tends to fade with numerous TV interviews and lots of smiling, Lauren gave Elisabeth a tube of Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Supreme Shine lipstick in OR 520 (available this Wednesday) so she could apply it throughout the night.

We love how Elisabeth looks so glowy and fresh without seeming like she globbed on a ton of products. Pale pinks and browns make the makeup appear subtly beautiful. Imagine what the boys at Sterling Cooper would say if Peggy showed up to work looking like this!
