We award Kelly Rowland (seen here in the tents at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week) the Hair Model Citizen Award for keeping it nice and simple by sporting soft, natural-looking (though we know that always takes work) hair. To get a similar look, apply Curls’ Curl Gel-les’c to wet hair, create a thick braid, allow to air dry and take it out. [New York, 9/18/09]
