Madonna‘s teen daughter Lourdes supposedly appears in the second version of the video for “Celebration” dressed as her mum circa the “Like A Virgin” days. But apparently this is not the first time Madge’s mini-me has taken part in the infamous song. During Madonna’s oh-so scandalous performance of the hit at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards — you know, the one where she frenched Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera? — a then six-year-old Lourdes played a flower girl.
