Get ready to die, shut it down, and go bananas. Tonight is the season two premiere of “The Rachel Zoe Project,” which means Rachel, Taylor, Brad and the gang will be exploding blood vessels over fashion “disasters” that aren’t really such a big deal after all. Other than that, this week brings the season finale of “Nurse Jackie,” the season premiere of “Crash Course,” and always delectable episodes of “Project Runway” and “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
The Show: “Rachel Zoe Project”
Set Your DVR For: Tonight, 10 p.m. (EST), Bravo
Can’t. Freaking. Wait. Until. 10 p.m. Why? For analogies like this one: “Doing an awards season without new clothes is like a doctor not having a prescription pad, and all their patients going without medicine.” Good point, Brad. And you’re the sane one on the show?
The Show: “Nurse Jackie”
Set Your DVR For: Tonight, 10:30 p.m., Showtime
I love Edie Falco, and think she’s kicking serious butt as Nurse Jackie, a tough-as-nails, prescription pill-addicted ER nurse. She’s married, but we hope she’ll also be getting her jollies from “Twilight” cutie (and husband of Jennie Garth) Peter Facinelli in the season finale.
The Show: “Crash Course”
Set Your DVR For: Wednesday, 9 p.m. (EST), ABC
If you like driving super fast, you’ll definitely dig this show which premieres this week. The concept: pairs of contestants drive the kind of courses stunt drivers do in movies—through fire, onto moving car carriers, etc. Remember how hot Dan Cortese was back in the ’90s? He’s hosting (along with Orlando Jones) and is still as tasty now.
The Show: “Project Runway”
Set Your DVR For: Thursday, 10 p.m. (EST), Lifetime
Nothing too, too special is happening on the second episode of this season—except that the designers are making clothes for a surprise celebrity guest. (Why couldn’t they have saved Lindsay Lohan for this week?) But we’re still so excited the show is back that Thursday remains a giddy night.
The Show: “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”
Set Your DVR For: Thursday, 10 p.m. (EST), Bravo
Yeah, like I even have to write anything here to get you to tune in.
