Boxer Arturo Gatti Murdered By Wife

Professional boxer Arturo Gatti may have beat down the best, but over the weekend, his 23-year-old exotic dancer wife allegedly strangled him with her purse strap while he was sleeping at a swanky resort in Brazil. Gatti’s wife became a suspect after she claimed she didn’t notice her hubby was dead for ten hours, even though they were in a room together. Gatti and his wife had a super volatile, even abusive relationship. They got in a big fight at a bar in Brazil on Friday night and were still fighting when they left. Things must have gotten pretty ugly back at the hotel room. Very sad. [NY Daily News]
