Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin seemingly appeared out of John McCain‘s back pocket, and single-handedly reinvigorated the Republican party. Many loved the Tina Fey look-a-like, but she sent chills as icy as an Alaskan winter up the spines of many Democrats, including Matt Damon. [YouTube] — Palin was elected mayor of Wasilla in ’96.
