Chanel, the world record holder for oldest dog, just turned 147 in puppy years, and they’re throwing a special birthday party for her in New York City. Hopefully, the 21-year-old won’t get too wasted on tequila shots and drunk text her ex. Her owner, Denice Shaughnessy of Long Island, said of her prized pooch, “She’s independent.
