This has definitely been a comeback year for Lil’ Kim. Her relationship with rapper Notorious B.I.G. was chronicled in the biopic “Notorious,” which was released on DVD today. And she’s a surprise fan favorite on “Dancing with the Stars.” Even though she’s a close friend to designer Marc Jacobs, most women don’t aspire to dress like Lil’ Kim.
