Should You Drink To Your Health?

Medical studies can be very confusing and seemingly contradictory. Take studies on alcohol consumption. Sometimes we’ll read that drinking a little bit will do our bones good, and then we’ll hear that drinking even two drinks per day increases our risk of cancer.
